We are currently seeking two Analysts for our Equity Research and Credit Research divisions in Oslo!
About the roles
Your primary tasks will be assisting in producing and communicating reports on companies within our coverage, and new reports in connection with initiations and new bond issues
We look for a commercial and sharp mindset, with a high interest in markets and businesses, and an ability to deliver accurate, high-quality work on short notice. The role is highly extroverted, advising institutional investors and maintaining a close relationship with top management in companies covered.
We are seeking candidates with 0–1 years of experience

Analytical skills and the ability to work with advanced financial models
Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex data in an understandable manner
Ability to work independently and in teams, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Experience with equity markets is a plus, but not required
Most important is a happy and curious mindset, interest in stock markets and what drives companies
You should thrive in a fast-moving organisation and be able to cut through noise and communicate issues clearly
Proficiency in English and a Nordic language
