Game Master | Game Facilitator

Location: Kokstad, Bergen

Enter the Game! We're looking for energetic, positive, and customer-focused Game Facilitators and Game Masters to join our Activate Games team in Kokstad, Bergen! This role combines movement, technology, and entertainment, and above all, great vibes. You will make each guest’s day unforgettable and guide them into immersive live-action game worlds where movement, strategy, laughter, and teamwork take center stage.

What the job includes:

• Greeting and welcoming guests, you’re the first smile they see!

• Handling payments and bookings at the counter

• Facilitating games and giving instructions

• Supporting and encouraging players during the games while creating memorable experiences that keep guests coming back

• Maintaining game rooms and equipment (cleanliness, upkeep, minor fixes)

• Light sales and operational tasks (e.g., group bookings, merchandise, snack corner)

Who we’re looking for:

• A cheerful, energetic person who enjoys working with people

• Customer service comes naturally to you, and your positive attitude is contagious

• You're comfortable in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple tasks at once

• Reliable, flexible, and proactive

• Preferably fluent in Norwegian and English; additional languages are a plus. However, we're building an international team, so Norwegian language skills are not required for all positions.

• No prior work experience is required. Attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn matter most!

• For Game Master positions, previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or the entertainment industry is considered an advantage

Practical details

• Shifts are flexible but mainly take place on weekday evenings and weekends.

• This role fits well alongside studies or another job.

• Estimated weekly hours range from 5-30 hours, depending on the season.

• We are hiring both part-time employees and on-call staff.

• Expected start date: Mid-December 2026 or early January 2027.
