Head of DigiOps Channels - Tietoevry Banking Operation (m/f/d)

When joining Tietoevry Banking as a head of/manager

• You are responsible for ensuring long-term positive development in the operational area

• You are responsible for operational KPI’s and business’ results both in the short-term and long-term.

• You are unconditionally responsible for managing the business according to the management group’s guidelines and instructions while achieving the main goal of the business.

• You are utmost responsible for driving through changes, improvements and measures required to develop the operational environment and business.

• You are expected to, through your leadership, create conditions for a strong operating culture with positive attitudes, values, goals, and behaviors.

• You are expected to, through your leadership, maintain and provide the best conditions for the business to continue being an attractive workplace and to continue reaching common business goals.

• This position includes operational  responsibility for critical customer  facing solution such as Internet and Mobile banking for private and corporate customers, and  encompasses  also responsibility for our “Banking Channels application” for Loans and Sales.

The position does not involve extensive travel, but some travel activities are expected.

Who we are looking for

• You have experience of having full leadership in management positions such as project manager or manager  in small or medium sized organizations.

• You have a degree in Engineering, Economics, or other relevant degrees.

• You have experience of working with agreement negotiations and procurements.

• You have experience of driving and being responsible  for Technical Value Chain and  for your own OKR

• You have good communicative properties, fluent language skills in Norwegian and English.

 We also believe you have

• Experience of working in leading positions within Tech industry.

• Been part of a management team.

• Good understanding of Tech and maybe the banking industry.
