Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team for a full time position. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR support in the areas of employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, training and development, and other related functions for our employees in Sweden, Norway and Denmark. The HR Generalist will have a strong knowledge of local laws, and be able to communicate fluently in both Norwegian and English. If you speak Swedish and/ or Danish, that is valued too!
You will be based in Sola/ Stavanger, Norway as main office, will be supporting Sweden and Denmark as well. Most of your time will be spent in the Sola office, but visits to our other locations can occur from time to time.

 

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support in the areas of employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, training and development, and other related functions
• Manage recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
• Support of the application of HR policies and programs
• Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefits-related questions
• Provide support to managers in the areas of performance management and employee development
• Assist with payroll processing for employees in all locations.
• Support employees based in all our locations.
• Assist with other HR-related duties as assigned
• Responsible for EHS (Environmental, Health and Safety) questions

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
• Bilingual in Norwegian and English, Swedish and/- or Danish is valuable

• On-site work, occasional travel to our Nordic locations
