Due to increased business activity and continued expansion, we’re hiring a Indirect Procurement Purchaser to strengthen our finance team and support our next phase of growth.

As an Indirect procurement purchaser you will be working with a big variety of commodities, suppliers and tasks. For this particular position we are looking for an experienced purchaser with an interest on the system side, to actively participate in developing indirect procurement tool and building work processes across locations globally.

Key responsibilities:

Order Placement:

Place orders according to process and collaboration with Project Purchasers and other Supply Management functions.
Monitor and follow up orders according to risk assessments and project needs.

Supplier Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.


• Negotiate and maintain supplier frame agreements and maintain catalogues in procurement tool


• Evaluate supplier performance and address any issues related to delays or discrepancies with Supply Management.

System Development and  Maintenance:

• Support development of indirect procurement tool


• Act as key user and administrator of the tool and support end users with training and operational


• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in the procurement tool.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement (preferably indirect but not mandatory), purchasing, or supply chain management.

Skills

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.


• Proficiency in procurement software (SAP preferably) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).


• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.

• Strong personal drive used to take own initiatives and be proactive


• Fluent written and spoken business English
