IT Engineers Backend / Frontend Developers Norway (from mid-2026)

We are seeking passionate Backend and Frontend Developers to join innovative start-ups and scale-ups across Norway from mid-2026 onwards.

These are full-time positions offering hybrid or remote flexibility, depending on the project and location (Oslo, Bergen, and Stavanger).

You’ll collaborate within agile development teams to:

• Design and build scalable web and software solutions




• Develop APIs, databases, and cloud-based systems




• Maintain performance, quality, and security standards




• Contribute ideas that shape digital innovation in Norway

✅Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field




• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, or Java




• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP and DevOps tools




• Strong problem-solving and communication skills




• English fluency required (Norwegian not mandatory)




• EU/EEA citizenship or valid right to work in Europe
