Then we are looking for you to be our next IT Project Manager (m/f/d)! You will pull the strings and ensure that every phase runs smoothly.

Your tasks

• As IT Project Manager (m/f/d) you are responsible for the successful initiation, planning, implementation, monitoring and control of the projects assigned to you
• Together with the customer, you will develop and document the project scope and break it down into work packages with the team
• You are fully informed at all times about the project status and progress and can present this to the various stakeholders at the appropriate level
• You ensure that the project goals are met in terms of time, budget, functionality and quality
• You communicate in a structured manner within the project team, within your own organization and with the technical and controlling customer contact persons (m/f/d)
• You identify and coordinate dependencies, changes and risks in project planning and take appropriate measures and / or lessons learned for project completion
• You lead workshops and project meetings

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in the management and implementation of IT projects
• Degree in a business or technical field or comparable qualification through professional experience
• Very good knowledge of project management frameworks and tools (Atlassian Confluence, Atlassian JIRA and Roadmaps) and practical experience with agile methods
• Experience with financial processes is an advantage
• Enjoy technical details and the willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics again and again
• Very good written and verbal communication skills in German and English
