Italian Chef Oslo, Norway

This is a full-time position with an immediate start and the possibility of continuing in a long-term role after the initial contract period.

Job tasks

• Preparation of fresh pasta dishes

• Cooking starters and antipasti

• Preparation of main courses

• Preparing salads and desserts

• Maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation

• Supporting kitchen operations during busy service periods

• Pizza preparation experience is considered an advantage

What we are looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience working in an Italian restaurant

• Good knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Reliable, organised, and team-oriented

• English speaking is sufficient

• Previous pizza-making experience is a plus

• Working Hours: Primarily 13:00–22:00, including weekends

• Current Kitchen Team: 2 full-time employees and 1 part-time employee
