Production Planning - create and manage production schedules, including coordinating materials for upcoming production Materials Planning - analyze forecasts, assess requirements, and manage raw materials and ingredients, considering available resources and lead times Inventory Control - establishing plans and schedules. Ensure adherence to internal guidelines Logistics Oversight: Coordinate with transport providers, suppliers, and production teams Reporting: Prepare and present reports including KPI tracking and financial analysis Identify and implement new requirements and processes as necessary to improve efficiency and adapt to new demands Ensure compliance with food safety standards, customs regulations, and other applicable authorities regarding incoming materials Minimum a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, economics or a related field Experience from supply chain management or related field Good digital skills - experience with Excel, Power BI and other digital systems Fluency in English and Norwegian is essential (both written and verbal) Proficiency in SAP ECC is an advantage Great communication abilities - the job requires important communication with stakeholders Systematic - you like to analyze and are comfortable making reports
