Baker Hughes is seeking for a Lead Product Line Scheduling and Competency Specialist-Field Service Personnel to join our team in Norway

As a Lead Product Line Scheduling and Competency Specialist-Field Service Personnel, you be responsible for:

• Ensuring flawless execution of field personnel to work site locations by coordinating personnel resources according to activity requirements, competence levels and personnel availability.
• Monitor, optimize and report personnel utilization highlighting shortfalls to FPCL for region and global outreach
• Manage daily scheduling and planning of field crews, to meet client requirements and expectation.
• Ensure Job Centre scheduling and competency compliance.
• Ensure seamless communication with field teams to provide adequate notice for future mobilizations.
• Manage emergency crew changes, medevacs, and contingency planning for offshore operations
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and personnel tracking for offshore projects
• Timesheet and T&E processing
• People Leader Tasks
• On call duty, 1 week on / 1 week off

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Familiar with Microsoft packages & Job Centre
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in field planning and co-ordination of wireline and slickline crews.
• Basic understanding of Slickline, Wireline, Eline and Tractor Logging competencies
• Experienced in co-ordinating crews within ENSC, building schedules and rotations for intervention crews.
• Extensive understanding of industry standard offshore mobilisation requirements
• Hold strong communication, organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize workload and remain reactive.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple personnel requirements
• Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental policies
