Job Description - Lead Program Integrator (LPI)

Job Description Summary

The Lead Program Integrator (LPI) is a senior cross-functional execution leader responsible for integrating complex product development programs across functions, partners, and business stakeholders. The LPI ensures alignment of scope, schedules, deliverables, resources, risks, and dependencies to enable successful delivery of program milestones and business objectives.
Working closely with Program Managers, Product Management, Engineering, external partners, and functional leaders, the LPI drives execution discipline, transparency, decision readiness, and accountability across the program team.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and drive integrated program schedules, execution plans, and cross-functional deliverables.
  • Coordinate and influence activities across Engineering, Product Management, External Partners, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Service, Marketing, and other key functions.
  • Identify, manage, and escalate program risks, issues, trade-offs, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Drive milestone readiness, program reviews, action closure, and leadership decision support.
  • Provide clear, executive-ready communication of program status, risks, recovery plans, and key decisions.
  • Ensure alignment and accountability across the program team to meet customer, quality, regulatory, schedule, and business expectations.
  • Independently lead and execute small to medium-scale strategic projects or workstreams.
  • Support Agile/Scrum operating mechanisms where applicable, including coordination across scrum teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred, in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Significant experience leading or integrating cross-functional product development programs.
  • Experience working with Engineering, Product, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Service, and Commercial teams.
  • Strong project planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Experience in regulated industries, medical devices, healthcare technology, or complex technology development preferred.
  • Experience with Scrum/Agile methodology and leading or coordinating scrum teams preferred.
