MARKETING MANAGER  
 
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to drive marketing activities across our BA Food & BA Laundry business in Norway.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As Marketing Manager, you will lead and execute the local marketing strategy for Electrolux Professional in Norway. You will play a key role in strengthening our brand, driving lead generation, and supporting sales through effective marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels. 

Working closely with local leadership, sales teams, dealers, and marketing colleagues across Norway, Sweden, the UK, Ireland, and the global organization, you will ensure marketing activities align with business objectives and deliver measurable results. 

This is a hands-on role suited for you who enjoys combining strategic thinking with operational execution and thrives in a dynamic, fast-changing environment. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute local marketing strategies.  
• Plan, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.  
• Generate qualified leads and drive customer engagement to support sales growth.  
• Create and adapt engaging content for newsletters, product launches, events, industry communications, and other marketing channels.  
• Manage and optimize website content and social media channels. 
• Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO and SEM.  
• Coordinate product launches, market introductions, and go-to-market activities in Norway.  
• Monitor marketing performance, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement through insights and recommendations.  
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.  
• Prepare and present marketing performance reports and recommendations to management. 
• Build strong relationships with dealer partners, external agencies, and key stakeholders.  
• Collaborate cross-functional with local, regional, and global teams to maximize business impact.
