Microsoft365 Copilot Senior Consultant

We are looking for a Microsoft365 Copilot Senior Consultant, who will be responsible for leading the adoption and implementation of Microsoft365 Copilot within our client organizations. Your primary focus will be on driving successful adoption, ensuring effective utilization of Copilot features, and enhancing security and governance practices using Microsoft technologies. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs, design tailored solutions, and provide expert guidance throughout the implementation process.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment and adoption of Microsoft365 Copilot solutions for clients.

• Conduct thorough assessments of client environments and develop comprehensive adoption strategies.

• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure clients are equipped to maximize the benefits of Microsoft365 Copilot.

• Implement robust security and governance frameworks to protect client data and ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Microsoft365 Copilot with other business applications and processes.

• Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients, addressing any technical challenges and optimizing solution performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT consulting, with a focus on Microsoft technologies.

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft365 Copilot, including its features, capabilities, and best practices for adoption.

• Strong expertise in security and governance using Microsoft technologies.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Proven track record of successfully leading client engagements and delivering high-quality solutions.

• Fluency in Norwegian is a prerequisite due to client requirements.

It’s also nice if you have

• Microsoft certifications related to Microsoft365 or other relevant technologies.

• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.

• Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and services, particularly Microsoft Azure.
