Responsibilities

• Offer comprehensive support to Norwegian-speaking business clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with inquiries regarding business services, account management, and operational support.
• Identify and implement effective solutions to client issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions in the CRM system for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to navigate complex business inquiries and enhance service delivery.
• Stay updated on company services and products to provide relevant assistance to clients.
• Engage in continual professional development to sharpen skills and improve service effectiveness.

• Fluency in Norwegian and a strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably within a business environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills geared toward client care.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with a focus on client resolution.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software applications.
• A collaborative approach, with the ability to thrive in a team-focused environment.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills are critical.
