• Assist players with inquiries related to games, accounts, and gameplay, ensuring a friendly and helpful experience.
• Monitor community interactions to uphold a positive atmosphere and address any user concerns or disputes effectively.
• Engage with the gaming community by sharing informative content and updates.
• Collect and document player feedback to relay insights to the development team for ongoing improvements.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and releases in the gaming world to provide knowledgeable support.
• Collaborate with fellow support agents to exchange knowledge and elevate overall service quality.

• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
• A true passion for gaming along with familiarity with popular games and platforms.
• Experience in customer support or community management is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to empathize with gamers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to assistance.
• Comfortable using various communication tools and platforms effectively.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and positively impact the gaming community.
