In this pivotal role, you will liaise with Norwegian-speaking clients, guiding them in selecting product solutions that align with their business needs. Your role will be integral in fostering strong relationships and ensuring clients achieve optimum value from our offerings.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key advisor for Norwegian-speaking clients, delivering insights into our diverse product portfolio.
• Identify client needs and recommend tailored product solutions to enhance their business performance.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and educational sessions to showcase product features and advantages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and ensure an outstanding client experience.
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients.
• Assist clients during the implementation process of product solutions and resolve any questions or challenges effectively.

• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in product advisory, support, or sales.
• Strong knowledge of product solutions, digital technologies, and market trends.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Experience with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on finding solutions to client challenges.
