Thisrole will involve working closely with these operators, partners, suppliers and industry groups to support and drive their digital roadmaps.
The Role
There are three core pillars to the FutureOn Platform Adoption Lead role:
Serving as an onsite product Subject Matter Expert to our customers in Oslo and Stavanger, driving adoption of FieldTwin platform and its integration into customer business workflows
Acting as a consistent technology thought leader throughout the customer adoption, onboarding and integration of existing customer datasets and tools.
Taking part in the delivery of services in a value-added professional services capacity, consulting, training or workshops.

Today, FieldTwin helps the world’s largest energy companies visualize, design and collaborate on their critical infrastructure projects, from offshore fields to wind farms, all in one unified platform.
Duties
Support regional customers in collaboration to deliver expert services and ensuring solution success
Work with the Sales and Customer Success teams to define solution scopes with respect to new services and integration requirements
Demonstrate & present FieldTwin use cases to new user and power user groups
Become a trusted advisor and look for new use cases and user groups
Provide onsite product expertise for FieldTwin users in the region
Work with the Customer Success, Support and Product teams to seamlessly manage the customer needs throughout the customer lifecycle
Build and maintain relationships with customers contributing to their ongoing success and satisfaction.
Drive technology adoption with new customers and capture potential requests/opportunities
Capture and contribute to Services best practices, share customer experience and feedback and lessons learned
Act as a consulting resource in the delivery of services – training, expert consulting, and integrations
Work with the Product Development team to:
Ensure accurate presentation of the product and roadmap to FutureOn customers
Provide regional insights into key customer challenges for Product & Integration roadmap planning
Work with Customer Success team to capture ideas and feature requests for internal evaluation and review
Your Skills & Knowledge
Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and oral in English and Norwegian
Bridges technical and non-technical teams to deliver aligned solutions
Highly organized with strong prioritization and time management skills
Problem solving mindset
Creative & critical thinker with the ability to also think conceptually and practically
Comfortable working with digital platforms, data tools, and cloud-based systems
Customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering value and building trust
Proactive approach in identifying opportunities
Adaptable and self-motivated in a fast-paced, small team environment
Skillset and capability to work autonomously whilst being managed from a different time-zone
Your Qualifications & Experience
Experience in customer facing roles, particularly the delivery and support of software
Experience working in B2B SaaS and enterprise software desirable
