Procurement Specialist / Contract Lead in IT Procurement


Contract period: 31.07.2024 - 30.07.2025
Location: Bergen, Stavanger


Main Tasks:
- Lead enquiry processes (strategy, enquiry, evaluation, negotiation)
- Implement and operationalize new agreements
- Framework agreements, project specific contracts and call offs
- Shape the future global contract portfolio through segment strategies together with business line and suppliers
- Identify business cases and drive change in contract relationship to maximize value for company
- Ensure contract compliance, identify, and manage risk (SSU, commercial, financial, local requirements)
- Stakeholder management in relevant business line together with Company Representative(CR) and Contract Owner (CO)
- Contribute to correct and optimal use of agreements in collaboration with Company Representative, including supporting the business line



Qualifications:
- Relevant Bachelor/Master’s degree or equivalent
- We are looking for dedicated, proactive candidates who can undertake tasks by involving stakeholders,being cost-conscious, caring for sustainability and being a caring colleague
- Experience with SAP, Contiki, SAP Ariba is a great advantage
