Project Manager - Industrial Projects

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Project Manager to join our team in Norway. In this role, you will manage industrial, aquaculture, energy and infrastructure projects, ensuring safe, reliable and sustainable deliveries. You will take full responsibility from planning to completion and have the opportunity to influence projects that matter locally and internationally.

Responsibilities

- Plan, manage and follow up projects from start to completion.

- Coordinate design, execution, documentation and reporting.

- Maintain dialogue with customers, partners and subcontractors.

- Secure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.

- Monitor budgets, schedules, and resources.

- Provide hands-on follow-up in the field.

Requirements

- Degree in engineering (electrical, automation, mechanical, maritime or similar).

- 3–5 years of project management experience.

- Strong organizational and leadership skills.

- Ability to work structured, yet flexible under changing conditions.

- Good communication skills in English – Norwegian or another Scandinavian language is an advantage.

- Experience can compensate for formal education.
