Job Description - QHSE & Office Administrator

Are you highly organised, detail-driven, and passionate about maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality? We’re looking for a proactive QHSE & Office Administrator to join our team in Norway. This unique dual role combines administrative support with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) responsibilities, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a varied, fast-paced environment.


 


Day to day you'll be involved in:



QHSE Responsibilities


 



  • Supporting the implementation and maintenance of our QHSE management system in line with ISO standards.

  • Assisting with developing, reviewing, and updating QHSE policies and procedures.

  • Carrying out inspections, risk assessments, and audits, recommending improvements where needed.

  • Keeping accurate records of incidents and support investigations through root cause analysis.

  • Organising QHSE training sessions, toolbox talks, and awareness activities.

  • Liaising with auditors, inspectors, and regulatory bodies when required.

  • Driving continuous improvement in quality, safety, and environmental performance.



Office Administration Responsibilities


 



  • Managing day-to-day office operations, correspondence, and document control.

  • Coordinating schedules, travel arrangements, meetings, and company events.

  • Overseeing office supplies, equipment, and service contracts.

  • Providing confidential administrative support to management and project teams.

  • Acting as the first point of contact for general enquiries.


 


What experience you’ll bring:


 



  • Previous experience in a similar role, with QHSE experience essential.



  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to prioritise effectively.
