Recruiter - Intertek Sandefjord

In the role as Recruiter you will be in charge of sourcing and screening candidates, all the way to onboarding highly qualified professionals, for both contractors and employees. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with international teams and contributing to the success of major projects.

This is a temporary contract with a possibility for extension. You will belong to the TIS recruitment team located in Italy, but work with recruitment of Technicians and Engineers to Mongstad in Norway. 

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Creating and publishing job ads on relevant forums.
• Maintain a speedy recruitment process.
• Coordinate the interviews.
• Screen and source candidate suitable for our roles.
• liaising with the Nordic HR team regarding contracts and policies. 

The person we are looking for:

• are fluent in English and Norwegian; additional languages are an advantage.
• have an understanding of the Norwegian labor laws and work permit process.
• a minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally within the industrial, construction, or energy sectors (e.g., Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Renewables).
• excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• have a proven ability to build positive working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
