Job Description - Business Development Manager:in Finnland (m/w/d)

For the expansion of our business activities in Finland, we are looking for a highly motivated and professional new full-time team member. Become part of the Brüning Group and support us with your expertise as “Business Manager Finland (m/f/d)”!

Identification and realisation of growth opportunities and definition of customer and supplier profiles for our division Recycling & Waste
Systematic acquisition and realisation of new potential and development of a personal network in Finland
Identification of customer needs and implementation of the information in a suitable concept
Coordination of material flows nationally and internationally for the corresponding requirements/needs of the country
Further development of long-term and maintenance of existing business relationships in Finland
First point of contact for customers/suppliers
Achieving sales and procurement targets in coordination with superiors

You are a young talent or expert in international sales or sourcing.
You are success-orientated and motivated to achieve top performance in sales and sourcing.
You are characterised by a flexible, independent and structured way of working, have analytical skills and a strong customer and company orientation.
You are willing to travel within the business area and are able to combine regular meetings at the head office in Bremen, Germany, with your private life.
You are communicative, enjoy working in a team and maintain an open and transparent relationship with your international colleagues and superiors.
You are a native Finnish speaker and business fluent in English. Knowledge of German is an advantage but not a must.
