Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Danish-speaking clients via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Develop a deep understanding of the products and services offered by the Big Five IT companies.
• Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to refine customer service processes and enhance client experience.
• Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to improve skills and product knowledge.
• Contribute feedback and ideas to enhance service delivery and customer engagement.

• Fluent in Danish, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Previous experience in customer service, especially in the tech industry, is a plus.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and customer interaction tools.
