Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Address inquiries related to products, services, billing, and technical issues.
• Resolve customer concerns with efficiency and professionalism.
• Document all interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and service quality.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize customer experience.
• Suggest improvements for processes and customer service delivery.

• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
• Able to diagnose and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Strong adaptability and willingness to work in a remote environment.
• No experience necessary; a strong interest in customer support is important.
• Detail-oriented with a positive mindset.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and enjoy a new cultural experience.
