Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service to Finnish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
• Address customer inquiries quickly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction with each interaction.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to assist customers accurately.
• Document customer interactions in the CRM system for tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with team members to boost service delivery and enhance overall customer experience.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service practices.
• Identify opportunities for service improvements based on customer feedback.

• Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and problem-solving.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills.
