Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a thorough understanding of the bank’s services and offerings to provide accurate information.
• Log customer interactions accurately for effective record-keeping and follow-up.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service processes and improve customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay updated on the banking sector.

• Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
• Exceptional communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer service.
• Experience in customer service or banking is preferred.
