Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer support to Finnish-speaking clients via chat, email, and phone.
• Timely and effectively resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
• Guide customers through our gaming offerings and services to enhance their enjoyment.
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members to maintain high-quality service.
• Document customer interactions in our CRM system accurately.
• Collect feedback from customers and use it to suggest service improvements.
• Participate in training sessions to continually develop your product knowledge and customer service skills.

• Fluency in Finnish and a strong command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Able to multitask and excel in a fast-paced work environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer support systems is advantageous.
