Responsibilities

• Deliver superior customer support via chat, email, and phone to Finnish-speaking clients.
• Quickly and effectively resolve customer questions and concerns.
• Guide customers through our gaming products and services to enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain high service quality standards.
• Record customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to contribute to service enhancements.
• Engage in ongoing training opportunities to improve product knowledge and service skills.

• Fluency in Finnish and a strong command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Able to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is advantageous.
