Hardware Development Engineer

Ceragon is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented R&D Engineer to join its team in Norway! If you have experience in product data management, enjoy working with technical documentation, and want to support telecom innovation through efficient product lifecycle handling – this might be the perfect role for you.

What will you do:

• Maintain and manage the Product Data Management (PDM) system
• Handle revisions, engineering change orders, and item definitions
• Create and update technical drawings, schematics, and documentation
• Support prototyping, testing, and implementation of new product versions
• Assist R&D Manager in cost estimation and planning for design changes
• Ensure documentation and design align with company standards and quality processes
• Contribute to technical risk analysis and product improvement initiatives

What are we looking for:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or Telecom Engineering
• Experience with PDM systems (SmartTeam) and technical documentation
• Proficiency in technical drawing tools (e.g. AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
• Knowledge of telecom hardware or electronic components – a plus
• Familiar with Jira
• Analytical mindset, structured, quality-focused
• Fluency in English
