In this role, you will have the opportunity to support educators by integrating technology and research-based instructional best practices. You will facilitate professional development sessions, both virtually and in-person, to improve classroom instruction across various grade levels and subjects. Accountabilities
- Serve as a product expert, providing educators with implementation strategies tailored to their unique classroom needs.
- Partner with school and district leaders to plan and deliver professional development that supports successful implementation.
- Travel to facilitate in-person professional development sessions for schools and districts.
- Set up, host, and present at regional IXL Live events, ensuring an engaging experience for participants.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support schools piloting the learning product.
- Manage and cultivate relationships with educators and school leaders effectively.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree required.
- 5+ years of teaching experience in a K-12 setting; leadership experience is a plus.
- Strong preference for candidates with educational professional development experience.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive and collaborative attitude.
- Organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
- Experience using Google Apps and Zoom.
- Must live near a major airport.
