Accountabilities

- Produce or lead the creation of social media-first content, including video and static formats.

- Translate performance data into strategic creative decisions.
- Develop partnerships with creators, communities, and local partners.
Requirements
- Proven experience in brand building through content over time.
- Strong visual taste and comfort in front of the camera.
- Skillful in creative strategy, channel thinking, and distribution mindset.
- Familiarity with social and paid creative performance metrics.
- Hands-on mentality with a proactive approach to implementation.
- Excellent copywriting skills for hooks, captions, and series framing.
- Ability to create compelling short-form stories.
- Experience in briefing and directing content production.
- Deep understanding of sports culture, especially football.
- Proficient in social-first design and branding.
- Fluent in both German and English.
