Accountabilities
- Formulate the local marketing strategy and plans in collaboration with the EMEA Marketing Manager.
- Consolidate territory priorities with the NE commercial team, focusing on Germany's unique market needs.
- Collaborate with industry associations and networks to enhance reach to target audiences.
- Work with the wider marketing community to optimize campaign performance and support annual planning.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in integrated marketing campaigns within a Medical Device/IVD or healthcare context.
- Fluency in German and business-level proficiency in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- Experience working in a large global matrix organization.
- Proficient in managing marketing budgets.
