Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
• Effectively address customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a smooth service experience.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services to provide accurate guidance.
• Document customer interactions in the company’s CRM system to ensure accurate records are maintained.
• Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for improving service quality and efficiency.
• Participate in training sessions to keep abreast of the latest technologies and service best practices.
• Contribute positively to the team environment and foster customer satisfaction.

• Fluency in Norwegian, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is also required.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus.
