Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding delivery services, including order statuses, tracking, and delivery options.
• Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints to ensure high satisfaction rates.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system for future reference.
• Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to address customer issues and streamline processes.
• Keep updated on company services, policies, and industry trends to provide informed support.

• Fluency in Norwegian (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Prior experience in customer support, especially within delivery or logistics, is preferred.
