Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients through multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Efficiently address customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Stay informed about our products and services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
• Document customer interactions diligently in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive work environment and improve service processes.
• Participate in training sessions to continuously develop skills and enhance service delivery.
• Share ideas for optimizing the customer experience and operational efficiency.

• Fluent in Norwegian, both written and spoken.
• English is required, both spoken and written
• Strong communication skills with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Effective problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar field is preferred.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and customer support platforms.
