Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries in Norwegian through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.

• Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken), with English fluency preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in tech support or related fields.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
