In this role, you will be part of a vibrant team, assisting Norwegian-speaking clients with their inquiries and providing top-notch customer service within a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Norwegian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to products and services.
• Provide accurate information about features, account management, and assist with any issues that arise.
• Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and a focus on achieving high customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for consistency and quality tracking.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient problem resolution and service enhancement.
• Stay current with product knowledge, promotions, and policies to effectively inform customers.

• Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken); English proficiency is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, ideally in a fast-paced or multinational environment.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.
• Aptitude for problem-solving and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
• Proficient in CRM systems and basic computer applications.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and immerse yourself in a new culture.
