Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with banking inquiries, account details, and product offerings.
• Address and resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and care.
• Stay informed about the latest banking products and services available.
• Accurately document customer interactions for future reference and support.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Engage in ongoing training to enhance your understanding of the banking industry.

• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer experience.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in banking or finance.
• Ability to manage inquiries and problem-solve effectively under pressure.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high service standards.
• Team player with a positive and proactive approach.
