Job Description - Norwegian Speaking Customer Service for Online Delivery Company in Greece

Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is currently seeking a Norwegian Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our team, dedicated to assisting our Online Delivery Company operations in Greece. In this engaging role, you will support Norwegian-speaking customers with inquiries related to their deliveries, order statuses, payment issues, and general questions about our services. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive exemplary service throughout their online shopping experience. If you are passionate about customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would be excited to have you on board!


Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service in Norwegian for all inquiries related to online delivery services.
  • Assist customers with placing orders, tracking deliveries, and managing returns.
  • Handle questions regarding product information, pricing, and promotional offers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure customer needs are met promptly.
  • Stay updated on service changes, promotions, and product offerings to effectively assist customers.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or logistics.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to multitask and handle various customer inquiries simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with customer service software or online ordering systems is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of problem-solving effectively.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, if required.
