Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Address customer inquiries and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the company’s electronics products and services to assist customers effectively.
• Document customer interactions meticulously within the CRM system to maintain accurate records.

• Fluent in Norwegian, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
