Key Responsibilities

• Monitor user-generated content and online interactions to identify and address potential safety issues in accordance with community guidelines.
• Conduct detailed investigations into reports of misconduct, utilizing analytical skills to assess data and make informed recommendations.
• Work collaboratively with technical and safety teams to establish and enforce effective digital safety policies.
• Develop and present comprehensive reports on findings to inform decision-makers and improve safety protocols.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in digital safety and emerging risks to proactively enhance platform security.
• Engage with users and stakeholders to promote understanding and awareness of digital safety practices.

• Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is beneficial.
• Prior experience in digital safety, online moderation, or a relevant field is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from data.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with users and team members.
• Detail-oriented approach with a proactive attitude toward identifying issues.
• Familiarity with online content management systems and digital safety tools.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
