• Efficiently address and resolve customer complaints and complex inquiries to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions to facilitate follow-up and service improvement.
• Collaborate with other teams to stay informed about product launches, promotions, and seasonal trends.
• Gather customer feedback for service and product enhancements and suggest improvements to the team.
• Stay knowledgeable about the latest fashion trends and brand offerings to provide informed assistance.

• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the fashion industry, is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for fashion.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
