Key Responsibilities

• Assist Norwegian-speaking clients with inquiries about search engine performance and optimization strategies.
• Provide effective solutions to improve clients' online content and visibility.
• Accurately document interactions and feedback in our CRM for future reference and improvement.
• Stay updated on current trends in search engines and digital marketing.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and enhance overall service delivery.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to strengthen your skills.

• Fluent in Norwegian and English (both written and spoken).
• Basic knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and digital marketing is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on customer satisfaction.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities to assist clients efficiently.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece and embrace the local culture.
