Job Description - Norwegian Speaking Social Media Customer Service Agent-Greece

Patrique Mercier Recruitment JP is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Norwegian Speaking Social Media Customer Service Agent in Greece! In this role, you will utilize your language skills and social media savvy to engage with our Norwegian-speaking customers across various social media platforms. Your primary focus will be on responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience in the digital space.

As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for maintaining the brand's reputation and fostering customer loyalty through timely and effective communication. If you are passionate about social media, love helping others, and want to work in a vibrant location, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities

  • Engage with Norwegian-speaking customers on social media platforms, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor social media channels for inquiries, comments, and feedback, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Document inquiries and interactions using the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve the customer experience.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and promotional campaigns.
  • Contribute to social media strategy by providing feedback on customer interactions and trends.
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong written communication skills, with an emphasis on crafting engaging responses.
  • Experience in customer service, ideally in a social media context.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.
