• Document customer interactions and feedback in the company's tracking system.
• Work alongside other departments to resolve customer issues and enhance service quality.
• Participate in training and development sessions to improve service delivery.
• Contribute to team initiatives aimed at improving overall customer experience.

• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Experience in technical support or customer service is advantageous.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Empathy and dedication to providing an excellent customer experience.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment.
