Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and swallowing disorders in clients.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to address individual client needs and goals.
• Provide therapy sessions utilizing the latest evidence-based practices in speech therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers and educational staff, to support optimal client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatment progress, and outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry advancements and best practices.
• Educate clients and their families about communication strategies and techniques to support progress outside of therapy sessions.

• A degree in Speech Therapy or a related field, with valid professional registration.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is beneficial.
• Experience in speech therapy, particularly in clinical or educational settings, is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate approach to client care.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Willingness to relocate to Ireland and adapt to a new cultural environment.
