Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer service via chat, email, and phone to Swedish-speaking clients.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
• Educate customers about our products and services to enhance their gaming experience.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest service quality.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Monitor and report on customer feedback to help improve our services.
• Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance product knowledge and service skills.

• Fluency in Swedish and a good command of English; other languages are a plus.
• Experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and customer support tools is an advantage.
• Willingness to relocate to Malta and immerse yourself in a new culture.
