Systems Specialist - Personal Lines

Position Overview:

This position provides support of the day-to-day operations of the Homeowners department. The specialist will spend significant time assisting the AVP of Homeowners with production system testing, aggregate management, and data maintenance. In addition, they provide employees with assistance as needed related to training and trouble-shooting production system issues.

Job Responsibilities:

• · Assist the Homeowners underwriting team with system needs which would include production system testing and training. 
• · Work closely with our Business Analysts to provide detailed work orders and timely test result responses. 
• · Run monthly routine policy issuance testing, checking for rate, forms, and conditions accuracy.
• · Review carrier critiques and identify issues system related or training needs.
• · Review carrier updates, submit JIRA tickets and test results.
• · Audit and confirm accuracy of standardized test cases to ensure system stability.
• · Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Work Experience:

• · High school diploma or GED required, associate degree or higher preferred.
• · 1-3 years QA or relevant software testing experience preferred.
• · Personal or Commercial insurance knowledge preferred.
