As a Travel Support Advisor, you will assist travelers and accommodation partners using Booking.com. Your responsibility is to provide accurate information, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a reliable customer experience.
Support travelers and partners via phone and email, following established procedures
Provide clear and precise information regarding bookings, payments, and service conditions
Manage requests such as modifications, cancellations, and technical inquiries
Mediate between guests and accommodation providers in a neutral and solution-oriented manner
Document all interactions and ensure compliance with internal guidelines
Maintain a professional approach in all communication
Icelandic (C2) and Advanced English
Strong written and verbal communication with a structured approach
Proficiency in Office 365, CRM tools and internal systems
Ability to handle complex cases with calm and consistency
Reliability, discipline and adaptability to process updates
Previous customer service experience is an advantage
Interest in travel and accommodation platforms is beneficial
