With Relocation Support- Norwegian Customer Service in Malta

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service in Norwegian via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries, account issues, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer problems while maintaining a professional, empathetic approach.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns effectively.
• Provide follow-up support to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Native proficiency in Norwegian.
• Strong command of English (minimum B2 level).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and late hours.
• Ability to work from home for weekend or late-night shifts.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.

Work Schedule:

• Rotating shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday to Sunday (with 2 days off per week).
• On-site training provided.
• Option to work from home during weekend or late shifts.
